Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole 4 day Sample Itinerary
Day 1- Take a Grand Teton Wildlife tour (research to find the best one that suits your travel needs) Head to Jackson Hole Aerial Trams – ride tram to the top of the mountain. Take Time to walk around. Be sure to grab a delicious waffle at the hut on top of the mountain. Enjoy dinner at Mangy Moose or head to Jackson to the Gun Barrel.
Day 2 - After an early breakfast take a Baker and Ewing Float trip down the Snake River. Grab some lunch in Jackson and then head to the Snow king resort - Alpine slide, mini golf, trampoline. Head back to Jackson for dinner at Merry Piglets. After dinner grab some ice cream at Moo's and find a seat for the showdown in downtown Jackson.
Day 3 - After breakfast drive to A-ok Horseback riding (takes about 1 ½ hours from Teton Village). After horseback riding head to lunch at The Bunnery in Jackson Hole. Enjoy the afternoon walking around Jackson Hole or walking around Teton Village or gong for a hike around the Grand Tetons. Enjoy dinner at Snake River Brewery before a fun evening at the Rodeo (be sure to check the dates of the Rodeo)
Day 4 - On your last day, leave hotel early in the morning and head north to Jenny Lake. The boat dock is located in the South Jenny Lake area. Just follow the “boat dock” signs from the Jenny Lake Visitors Center. Boat shuttles run every 10-15 minutes throughout the day. The last boat will leave the dock at the posted closing time. Jenny Lake Boating offers shuttle service across Jenny Lake at the base of Mount Teewinot. After boat takes you to the other side hike to Hidden Falls and Inspiration Pointe. After a day of hiking spend your last evening at the Bar T 5 chuckwagon dinner.
