Day 1- Start your morning in New Brunswick by driving to the Hopewell Rocks.  Check the times of the tides for Hopewell rocks, it changes every day.  After you have spent time at Hopewell Rocks, you can either do a kayak tour around the rocks if the time of the tide lines up (http://www.baymountadventures.com/) or you can go up to the Interpretive Centre and check out the exhibits about the Hopewell Rocks, visit the 300-year old Acadian seawall (aboiteau) at the north end of the park, or hike the network of trails to the many different rock formations; Mother in Law, Flower Pot Rocks, E.T. Rocks, Lover's Arch, Bear Rock, Apple Rock, Castle Cove, Big Cove, and Diamond Rock.  When it's time for lunch head to High's Tides Cafe for lunch.  After lunch, head back on the trail to the rocks to see the opposite of the tide you saw in the morning.  If the tide is out, go for a walk along the bottom.  After your visit to Hopewell Rocks head to Moncton for the evening.  Have a fun dinner at Osaka Hibachi.
